TwitchCon San Diego

Helped organize and execute a 200-person brand activation event at Coin-Op Game Room, featuring classic arcade games, passed appetizers, welcome remarks, and live music by a local DJ. The event included custom YouTube Gaming swag and drew attendance from prominent creators in town for TwitchCon San Diego. This kickoff experience set the tone for the conference and showcased YouTube's presence in the gaming community.
